12Master Cleaning was founded on September 26, 1988 by Jimmy Tidwell. Now with over 24 years of constant quality service we continue to serve the needs of our varied clientele.
We serve a wide variety of clients from doctors, lawyers, dentists, orthodontists to banks and other businesses besides these. As always we provide fast, client friendly and courteous customer care. From our earliest beginnings, apartment complexes and private residences to now high profile business, since 1992, we have built our business on Honesty and Integrity.
It does not matter whether you check with our clients from the beginning or our current business clients you will discover one of our secrets to success is our willingness to be committed constantly to maintain our client’s facilities with the highest of professional service, as though we actually owned the facilities ourselves.
We are always looking for new or better ways to do our work or to train those who provide the actual service each evening. Because of our emphasis on quality and training we can tell you that most of our clients have been with us continuously for over 10 years and one has been with us for over 20 years.
We can and do provide this service by always keeping in mind, the bottom line, saving you as much on your cleaning budget as financially possible. We do all of this at extremely competitive rates. It is a rarity that we lose a bid because of our pricing, of which we are extremely proud. We do all these things believing that you, our client, deserve only quality care. Please remember we provide janitorial services, but you are actually buying quality service with honesty and integrity. We are fully insured and indemnified by a one-million dollar, $1,000,000 liability policy and all those who work with us are required to meet these same liability standards.
